Pain, Anger and Shame haunt us in our sleep and gnaw at us in our waking hours. We run and hide in hopes that one day they will leave us alone allowing us to finally be healed. But what if our healing begins with actually feeling and accepting them?In this collection of poetry, prose and photography, Alecia Renece candidly expresses common heartbreaking themes that we are afraid to explore ourselves. Whether you have lost a friend, lover or even yourself, Alecia Renece wrote this for the contemplative, curious and healing soul.
