Set on the Nez Perce Reservation in the mountains of Idaho, this final book in a paranormal trilogy begins when Spirit, the white spirit horse with piercing blue eyes, is stolen. Adam Green and Jeb Hetman have also been kidnapped.
It is up to Adam's wife Jenna, her friend Annie, and Jeb's brother, Cadet Joe Hetman, to find them. But can they locate the men and horse in time?
The three will need all the skills taught them in earlier investigations, plus an Australian Singing ceremony to help. Is it enough? Will time be on their side before the men are put to death, and the horse is sold?
The idea for this trilogy was inspired after the authors spent time on the Nez Perce Reservation seeing their Appaloosa breeding program. When a pure white colt with blue eyes was born, so was this trilogy. The story will be continued in the authors' next trilogy.
(About the Author)
Linda Sloan and her husband John R. Sloan both grew up in New Jersey. John was a Marine, spending 22-1/2 years in the USMC, including serving in Vietnam. He then worked as a government consultant until retirement. Linda was a nurse in New Jersey and North Carolina, working in labor and delivery, psychiatric hospitals, and with the New Jersey Prison System for both male and female prisons. She retired after 30 years. The couple lived on their sailboat for six years before returning to their farm in the Sauratown Mountains of North Carolina, where they raise chickens, turkeys, goats, sheep, heritage pigs, and Jersey cows.
