The book is intended to describe America's longing for a more perfect union and its frustration in achieving the metaphorical level playing field where no external influence affects the ability of the players to compete fairly and where all players play by the same rules. It may not happen tomorrow but sometime in the future, science and technology will allow the playing field to level itself through dynamic transformative social epiphenomena. In addition, the book brings to light the pertinacious, fossilized racist assumptions which remain uncritically challenged in the unconscious id of the American psychosocial personality and exposes their power to subjugate and exploit world people.
