Lavandula Supreme (Organic)

The Lavandula Supreme essential oils formula for diffusion is used in aromatherapy to help relieve headaches, nervousness, irritability and worry, and as a sleep aid. Lavandula: hybrida super 70 %, angustifolia 15 %, latifolia 10 %, hybrida abrialis 5 %. Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day.
