A Guide for the Grief Journey This book is an invitation to meet in the common places of grief, and therein to find the compassion you need to both breathe and heal during seasons of suffering. These letters will validate where you are, provide comfort for your journey, and call you forward into a courageous presence through the holiness of grief. The song of redemption awaits those who walk by night to find the day.
"You are brave. You can do this. It will not always be this dark, and you will not always feel this sad. Night doesn't come after night. Morning will break, and you will feel joy again. Just get to the next plot of light."
