This poetry book is a journey through my own personal adolescence, as I believe the best form of emotion is art. These poems have been written between the ages of 16-21 there have been highs and lows, good and bad. But no matter how bad the lows got I always picked myself up in a way 'rose from the flames' just like the fabled phoenix. The poems have also been written so that hopefully people who go through the same ordeals have a type of emotional support. As they can see they are not the only one out there with problems.
