Ivan is frustrated with everything and everyone . . . and surprisingly finds the peace and quiet he's been craving after a crocodile swallows him in this hilarious, laugh-out-loud picture book!
Ivan knew without a doubt that there was an enormous crocodile behind him.
“This is it,” he said. “This is the end.”
Ivan is having a horrible Monday. Fed up with busy streets, cheek-pinching adults, ridiculous questions, and endless noise, he takes a quiet shortcut through the park . . . where he’s promptly swallowed whole by an enormous crocodile. While the people outside panic, Ivan has finally found a place where he can read, exercise, and enjoy the peace he’s been craving. But being alone might not be all it’s cracked up to be. Told with humor, wit, and a touch of the surreal, kids will love being in the belly of this beast!
