Sometimes kids feel sad, mad, or even anxious. This book teaches kids that no matter how they feel, it is ok to feel that way and express it. This children's book discusses mental health and toxic positivity in a healthy child-friendly manner. There is also a parent portion at the end to help reinforce healthy comments to use for those moments to help our kids and everyone else who may not be feeling happy.
