Coles I'M FINE (And Other Lies I Stopped Telling Myself) at Village Green Shopping Centre in Vernon, BC

An honest look at the lies we tell ourselves and the freedom that follows when we stop.
You don't have to have it all together to start feeling better.
I'M FINE AND OTHER LIES I STOPPED TELLING MYSELF is my own honest guide to rediscovering calm, clarity,
and self-worth in a world that moves too fast.
This isn't a book about pretending to be positive or fixing your life overnight.
It's about being real with yourself really real and finding peace in the small, imperfect moments along the way.
Through the reflections and stories I share, I've learned that change begins the moment we stop hiding behind "I'm fine" and start listening to what we truly need.
Filled with warmth, humour, and hope,
this book is a reminder that healing isn't about perfection -it's about progress, self-kindness, and courage.
