One's Guru and / or Saintly Beings Grace and Their words of wisdom can save us from sorrows and miseries of life and help us cross the deep ocean of suffering. The current compilation is part of series that look at quotes and sayings of Maa-Maharaj-ji (Siddhi Maa and Neem Karoli Baba) and stories related to Their sayings. In this series we look at Maya, the Illusion. Maya as Prabhu Shri Swaminarayan (of the Swaminarayan Sampradaya and considered to be manifestation of Lord Shri Krishna) says is that power of God that is used to test a person. Hence, in this series we look at sayings and quotes related to this illusion power of God that digresses a person from the path of righteousness and keeps them entangled in this world. I have used quotes and sayings not only of Maa-Maharaj-ji but also other Saintly Beings such as Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Prabhu Shri Swaminarayan, Swami Tapovan-ji Maharaj, Swami Sivananda Saraswati and many Others as Their quotes and sayings complement Maa-Maharaj-ji's. I see Maa-Maharaj-ji and other Saintly Beings to be beads of the same Mala or Rosary of The Absolute Power, The Brahman, which some call as God as well. Each story gives a deeper meaning of sayings and quotes of the Saintly Beings. I have documented based on how I see and understand from my perspective but the readers can contemplate and gain their own insights.
