Do you sometimes feel confused about the changes your body is going through? Is it hard for you to put your feelings into words? Does it feel like no one gets it? Let us introduce you to Sonya. Sonya has gone through puberty, and she's here to walk you through the experience using her upbeat personality and sense of humor.
Hoda Elshayeb and Wala'a Farahat have 25 years of combined experience in child psychology, therapy, teaching, coaching, and community programming. Both within the classroom and in their offices, they've seen how girls' self-esteem, body image, and mental health are impacted by the lack of accessible tools and age-appropriate education materials on puberty.
