America is the most wonderful experiment ever conducted on the frontlines of freedom. Freedom...a revolutionary concept that was once thought to be a preposterous dream and impossible goal. The earliest Americans proved however, that "freedom for all", was attainable, as long as they could set aside their differences, and come together to fight for one noble cause. The challenge we face in our continued fight for freedom has changed, however. It has moved from war rooms and battlefields, to a fight for the hearts and minds of our children. It is my sincerest hope that this book will serve as a simple conversation starter, in homes and classrooms across America. We need to be reminded of who we are as Americans, and we need to teach our children who they are, what rights belong to each and every one of them, and what they can do to protect them.
