All people keep screaming is all lives matter, but we are not talking about all lives right now. We are talking about black lives matter. Amora Johnson was hired by CNC before the ink could even dry on her degree. Being a young black national news reporter, she did not know how much the everyday challenges would take a toll on her.
After covering the police shooting on Jontavious Scott she starts to notice a pattern. The killing of innocent black people are being ignored in America and she is tired of it. In the wake of all the tragedies against her own kind what is Amora to do? A few people close to her are even showing their true colors. Amora has known Paul, her camera man for many years. She has always considered him to be her friend up until recently his behavior is starting to become questionable. Coming from a solid two parent home, Amora loves her family whole life. Growing up she may have not had everything that she wanted, but she had everything that she needed. Her oldest brother Fallon is a well-established Emergency room doctor. Grace, her younger sister is a teacher in Atlanta Georgia. Her baby brother, Seth plays college ball for Howard University in Washington DC. Amora normally has a lot to say until the unthinkable happens, and it shatters Amora's whole world. After her world is shattered, Amora just do not know if she can bounce back from this.
