This is a tongue-in-cheek way to tell a children's story or write a children's book as told by the flea, the fly, and a six soot Dodo bird named Floo. They all meet in the Old Cowboy's Stadium in Irving Texas while Laura Miller was mayor. Floo is up to his usual Shenanigans and Leroy the Lop-eared Lollapalooza makes a surprise appearance. There are four quarters and four break time discussions, including "When can I consider myself a writer?"
