the prisp home gym suspension trainer is a great accessory for anyone who wants a complete workout without having to go to the gym or buy expensive and bulky home gym equipment. This trainer is extremely lightweight and takes up very little space so you can easily store it out of sight or take it with you on the go. Ideal for travelers, people who live in small spaces, or like to exercise outdoors. The straps are individually adjustable to suit most users and allow for asymmetrical exercises. The large non-slip handles are comfortable & include built-in foot cradle ends for added versatility. Mesh carrying bag included. The training system includes 2 means of anchoring, a loop extension and a door anchor. The loop extension strap is used to secure the trainer to a solid anchor point such as a horizontal bar, a tree, a beam or any other sturdy anchor point. Simply wrap the strap around the object until the desired length is reached and close the loop using the carabiner clip. Make sure the anchor is strong and stable enough to support at least twice your weight for a long period of time. The door anchor can be secured to a door frame without any permanent installation; simply place the anchor block on one side of the door, go to the other side, close the door then begin working out. Make sure to place the anchor as close as possible to the strongest point of the door frame, which is usually located on the hinge side. It is also recommended to workout on the opposite side to which the door swings; you should always be on the side where you have to push to open the door. Make sure the door and frame are very strong before using them as an anchor. Only use with hinged doors that have no window, stained glass or other element that could make the door weaker. Do not use with dutch, french, bifold, sliding, pocket, barn, roller, accordion, revolving, pivot, swing or any kind of door that would not provide a strong enough anchor point.
