we created the altterre workout sandbag to improve the health of our planet as well as the health of the humans who inhabit it. The bag is weighted using recycled rubber granules or recycled sand, giving you an eco-friendly alternative to traditional accessories that use non-renewable materials. this sandbag has 6 handles placed so that you can perform more than fifty different movements. This great versatility allows it to replace dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells in your home training set. The bag won't damage floors, stores easily, doesn't require a rack, and doesn't roll. Ideal for training in apartments, small spaces, outdoors or on the go.

materials

the bag is prefilled with recycled rubber from used tires or recycled local sand from sandblasting, materials that would otherwise have been disposed of. For example, each bag filled with rubber can give a second life to 0.5 to 3 used tires, depending on the weight of the bag and the size of the tires. The durable outer bag is made of 100% polyester and the filling is contained in two inner bags (also made of recycled materials) to prevent leaks.
