At some point in life we all come to the crossroads, drawing a complete blank on Who am I , What am I , Why am I?
I know why mental heath selects certain humans yet not others because this was me, searching for answers to the insidious little voice on my shoulder, to the endless emotional rolla-coaster, massive highs and lows, desperate for answers, a cure, or at least a way to cope without medications. I looked deep within myself, terrified of yet another mental breakdown. When your world feels like it is crashing down around you with nowhere to turn, relationships are failing—why? Heartbreak, learning the true meaning of love and deceit. I learned to truly understand myself from within, and found my own self-worth.
