I wrote this book to help people in difficult situations to get back on track in their lives. With this book I hope to give you support, hope and positivity on your way. This book is for support when needed, good health, and a good life with positivity, hope, mindfulness, gratitude, happiness, respect, acceptance, understanding, animals, creativity, self esteem, taking care for yourself, power, to be able to get well using the strength within yourself.
