He obtained a Bachelors' from Makerere University Kampala, an MS from Wales University in UK, an MBA from Eastern University in PA. USA, and a Ph.D from Ndejje University in Uganda. He has spent over 40 years working with humanitarian organizations as Chief of Party, Country Director, Program Manager among others. He has worked for Church of Uganda, YWCA, World Vision, FHI 360, PLAN, PATH, Oxfam and Food for the Hungry among others. He is married to Jessica Dombo and together they have raised tens of children.
