Holley was a young, impressionable, and active member of her church community. At twenty-one years old, she spent more time at church than at home. She spent that time working and volunteering for people she admired and respected, who made her feel safe and loved. That all changed in one night when one of the people she trusted the most showed a darker side to himself. A true story about a church's failure to minister to one of its victims, and that victim finding strength within herself not to stay silent, Good Christian Girl is a message of hope after hurt and an act of solidarity with anyone who has experienced trauma of this nature.
