From Death to Light to Love: Awakening Poetry is a profound collection of poems born from Matthew Herbertson's transformative journey over the past decade. This isn't just poetry; it's a potent blend of art and energetic codes designed to awaken the heart, mind, and soul of the reader. Through heartfelt verses, he shares his profound insights gained from a near-death experience, exploring themes of death, rebirth, and the interconnectedness of all things. Prepare to be moved, inspired, and awakened by this powerful collection.
About the Author
Following a near death experience in his early twenties, Matthew Herbertson turned to meditation and the creative writing outlet as a form of therapy to help him understand his experience and make sense of his world. This practice slowly evolved into a medium through which he discovered a new form of non-linear communication, connecting with deeper, more transcendent aspects of his own consciousness.
The following decade found him integrating all he had witnessed in ‘death’ into his current unfolding reality, driven by a yearning to understand the deeper mechanics of consciousness and cultivate a more harmonious relationship between his human experience and his spirit, becoming acquainted with, and anchoring his own unique expression here on Earth—attracting a destination, ultimately, full of light and love.
