In this book, White discovered the person she wanted to become through her journey and how to choose peace instead of unleashing anger. She decided to change her thoughts from negative to positive, focus on her emotional healing , and choose to love herself and forgive others . But her ultimate survival depended on her identity , inner strength , and hope in God, which made her triumph over adversity.
