Data coding has emerged in different directions. In order to improve data coding, different real time applications were focused for effective and accurate usage of available resources. In such of these applications resources are constrained, whereas data coding systems are prone to face limitations on processing speed and accuracy. When the speed of computation for transferring gains importance, accuracy is not taken into much of an account or rather left neglected. In such cases the system efficiency can be improved with a low computation and lower dimension coding techniques having higher levels of accuracy. 'Video coding' is one such application where these effects will have higher profile as could be observed.
