In this memoir recounted to his wife, author Gladys Muir, Frank (Francis) Muir recounts his early years growing up in the 1920s and 1930s in and around Shanty Bay, Oro, and Barrie, Ontario, on the western shore of Lake Simcoe. This e-book edition has been produced using the text and photographs from the original 2001 print edition. All proceeds from the sale of this book go to the Wrinch Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization providing Health, Education, Social and Housing Programs and Services in the Hazelton, BC area.
