This is the second in a series of Rick and Joey's adventures. Rick, who is president of the F. B.I. Club has enlisted four of his friends to join the club and hunt for crooks, robbers, and theives. They use night vision binoculars to keep an eye on the crime schece until the police arrive to arrest the criminals. Joey, Rick's younger brrother is not old enough to join the club. He causes mayhem, trouble and finally he tries to be helpful so he can join the club.
