EVERY DAY BABY demonstrates how culture, tradition, family, and cloth (Kente) play an important role in the birth and naming of newborns. Take a weeklong journey through the halls of a hospital maternity ward in Ghana where nurses are charged with the West African tradition of naming each newborn on the day she or he entered the world.
