When a creature has been around for trillions of years, if it ceases to exist it breaks the space time continuum. Upon the death of said creature there must be someone to absorb the essence to stop the fabrics of time from tearing. Time is circular and not linear. Its progression is irrelevant as what happens in the future dictates the results of the past, sometimes. The wars continue on the planet Geh against the Orks. Many heroes fight and die into the millions and millions. No one is able to bury the dead so they just lay on the ground and rot.
