When Ernie the Elephant has a dream, he keeps it tucked safely inside. What if he isn't good enough? What if others doubt him? In his peaceful village, Ernie feels different from the other elephants. He's creative, imaginative, and full of stories waiting to be written-but fear keeps him silent. Over time, the doubts he imagines from others become doubts he believes about himself.
Everything changes one quiet day in the park when Ernie meets Ellie, a fellow elephant with dreams of her own. Through their conversation, Ernie discovers an important truth: everyone feels afraid sometimes, but fear doesn't get to decide your future. Only you do.
As Ernie finds the courage to speak his dream out loud and take his first brave steps toward it, young readers learn that believing in yourself is the most powerful choice of all.
Ernie the Elephant is a beautifully illustrated, easy-to-read picture book that encourages self-confidence, creativity, and resilience-perfect for bedtime reading and classroom discussions.
