This story goes from when I was hired out through my 33 years on the Union Pacific Railroad.. You will be with me as I start my career working in the yard until I gain enough seniority to work freight trains. You will experience how you are treated on the job and not respected as an employee. You are treated more like the railroad owns you. You experience my bad times and some good times. You will learn what trainmen do on the job and while at outside terminals.
