*Product information may vary - to confirm product availability, pricing, shipping and return information please contact Coles
Ellis is sleeping away from home for the first time! It is dark and smells funny at Grandpa’s house, and what is that strange sound? Ellis has to be brave, though, for his stuffed monkey, Ballowits. It can be difficult sleeping away from home, but Ellis learns not to be frightened by his imagination and that sleepovers can be fun!
A companion to Ellis Goes to the Doctor , this book teaches children to be brave during a new experience. The illustrations of Ellis and his stuffed monkey bring out the emotions present in all children when they are frightened, and make it easy for kids to relate with Ellis’s apprehensions. When parents need to go away for a night, this book will help children learn that even though it may seem scary, everything will be all right.
