it is made with pure 100% duck foie gras liver with rich notes of fragrant truffle. The whole liver is cleaned, deveined and then lightly seasoned and fully cooked with armagnac wine to preserve it. Cooking the foie gras makes this product shelf-stable for a longer-lasting and more convenient.
