Challenges of increasing intensity punctuate my life over the years, persistently leading me back to an all too familiar place. I invite you into my most vulnerable moments as I reconnect with the ways I processed my feelings as a child. After more than a decade of pursuing an old dream, I finally give myself permission to let it go and continue the journey by embracing the new.
