Cal Walker survives a horrific, fiery crash that should have killed him. By some miracle, he emerges from a six-month coma without a scratch. As he adjusts to his new life, he discovers he has a special gift. At first, he rejects his strange dreams thinking they are a side effect from the coma. He wonders where the dreams come from and why he was chosen to receive them. Are the dreams a gift or a curse, he wonders? Soon Cal Walker learns that he is the Dream Catcher, walking through his dreams as an invisible, silent witness to stop the evil that exists in the world. In the dreams, he is guided by unseen forces to walk beside a killer. He sees everything he does and listens to all that he says as this vicious killer does his malevolent acts. Together with his brother, Blue, and Detective Kyra Lowe, they work to understand the clues from each dream to stop the Stone Garden Slayer before he kills again. This is no ordinary killer. He is intelligent and shrouded in layers of secrecy. Their time is short and the killer is already on the prowl for his next victim. Can they stop him in time?
