Yoga class for thirty somethings is more than just improving energy and flexibility, it's also a place to show off well shaped figures, encased in expensive action wear, and Didi has noticed Nadia exemplifies this mantra and Didi has a hard time keeping focused on the instructions with the smashing figure of Nadia twisting around in front of her. Didi's attention is not lost on Nadia, and it becomes obvious to Didi that Nadia has more than being friends on her mind. After class one evening, after realizing that each shares mutual feelings for the other, Nadia reveals a secret to Didi who then joins her in some detective work that takes them behind the scenes of the yoga studio revealing the instructors wicked secret after hours goings-on. The sleuthing the women did comes back to haunt them, especially Didi who is drawn into the world of lesbian bondage and discipline.
