When you walk by a person with a disability, what do you see? Do you view them as less than or incompetent? Do you feel sorry for them or pity them? " Do You See Me?" will open your eyes to the harshness and cruelty that disabled people, like myself face every day. This book takes you through a periscope view of my life living with a physical disability and the struggles I deal with living in a world that overlook people like me. Reading this book will help you deconstruct your societal views and change your perspective about those with disabilities.
