People with depression usually don't show their suffering. Those affected often function and remain silent for years because of the stigma attached to the illness. Deep melancholy can affect anyone because there are many possible causes: childhood trauma, loss of loved ones, or excessive pressure at work, for example. Unfortunately, therapy spots for people with depression are rare. Often, you have to wait many months for treatment. What options are there in the meantime? How can you strengthen your soul in the meantime? What message is your soul sending you? Is there something in your life that needs to change? What can you do to find inner balance?
