Sharon Oberne is only ten years old, but she already knows some doors should never be opened. After a terrifying encounter with two men she believes were something far worse than human leaves a convenience store clerk dead, Sharon's world begins to spiral further into the unexplained. Violence seems to follow her. As she tries to protect her little brother Joey from cruel kids, dangerous adults, and whatever is stalking their small town, Sharon realizes the darkness around her is getting more personal. In this chilling second volume of Do Not Open the Door , Sharon Oberne recounts more disturbing childhood encounters involving backwoods terror that never feels far from home. The deeper Sharon is pulled into the unknown, the harder it becomes to tell where ordinary cruelty ends and something supernatural begins. For readers drawn to true paranormal memoirs, unsettling small-town mysteries, and stories that feel one step away from a nightmare, Do Not Open the Door: Volume 2 delivers another haunting descent into a childhood overshadowed by things that nobody should have to experience.
