A merman who works at a public aquarium!
Davy "Jonah" Jones has led a peaceful but isolated life at the bottom of the sea. When his parents decide it's time for a change, Jonah is introduced to a world he never knew existed: a world of humans, other strange beings, and a small, charming aquarium in a village called Seaside. Jonah's magical necklace allows him to appear human, to walk amongst humans as if he's one of them. This will allow him to work unobtrusively at the Human Meets Fish Aquarium... if only he can keep his merman habits and thoughts in check.
A sweet coming-of-age story about a seven-foot-tall guy who swallows raw fish fillets and thinks dolphins are demonic.
Karlissa J is the author of several fiction books, including the fantasy trilogy "Tales of the Diversity."
