The Ponds, once a lively kingdom of frogs, have become polluted and nearly uninhabitable. When a clever frog promises the others, a better home filled with food and clean water, they leave their King behind—only to discover their new life is not what it seemed.
Meanwhile, Dan, a boy from the nearby village, stumbles upon the lonely King frog at the murky ponds. When he learns the truth—that the frogs have been tricked and enslaved—Dan bravely steps in to help. Together, boy and frog set off on a daring adventure to rescue the kingdom.
Dan and the Frog is a delightful bedtime story filled with courage, friendship, and hope. It reminds young readers to keep trying, even when things feel hard—because every try brings them closer to success. At the same time, it gently teaches the importance of caring for nature and protecting our environment.
Perfect for ages 5–8, this uplifting picture book also includes a special set of positive affirmations to help kids build confidence, resilience, and a love for trying again.
Join Dan and the King frog in a magical adventure that children will want to read over and over again!
