In this whimsical story, Sam and his dog Hugo are awakened by mysterious crashing sounds in their home. Curious and brave, Sam insists they investigate the source of the noise, convinced it's a monster. Despite Hugo's fear, Sam confidently leads the way, facing the ominous sounds and shadows. Their adventure takes them down the hall and stairs, where they discover the noise is coming from behind a door. With courage, Sam opens it, only to find their playful cat, Fluff, chasing a fly. Relieved, Sam and Hugo return to bed, while Fluff continues her playful antics, leaving behind the echoes of their earlier fright.
