Anne Louize Clifford is a recent journalism graduate from New Jersey who decides to move to New York City in search of a good job. Although her parents disapprove of her decision, they support her by helping with savings for her apartment. Determined to pursue her dreams in the big city, Anne rents a furnished apartment with her savings and lands an interview at a prestigious magazine company called Empire On Faces. Anne is very dedicated and secures the job. She arrives early and adapts quickly to the new work environment. Her boss is Mr. Johnson, a charismatic man who enjoys attracting women's attention. Somewhat arrogant, he believes that all women are the same, but his opinion begins to change upon meeting Anne. The other employees warn Anne to be cautious around Mr. Johnson and to avoid falling for him. However, something remarkable happens: the renowned CEO realizes that Anne is anything but ordinary. She is proud, intelligent, and hardworking. Uncharacteristically, Mr. Johnson finds himself drawn to his secretary. But will Anne be won over?
