Nick Braun's teaching career spanned 30 years, and this highly entertaining memoir is a reflection of the profoundly soul-stirring experiences he enjoyed during those years, and written down so he'd never forget all the wonderful children he was privileged to know. Whenever he experienced a memorable day at school, it was his habit to keep notes on the agony and ecstasy of those days. Those days were frequent, and before long there was a notebook full of memories. In addition, he saved all of the pictures, notes, and cards that the kids gave him over the years. Anytime he feels sad or lonely, he pulls out one of his 23 filled binders and his mood immediately transforms to happiness. For those readers who haven't had the pleasure of teaching, this is his way to share his hilarious personal experiences so readers can laugh at them too!
