Our world needs compassion right now, especially at work. Compassionate Leadership is an immediate tool to ease Pandemic anxiety and burnout, and rebuild trust in this time of remote teams. It's a management methodology where we use compassion and accountability in equal measure. Based on mindfulness, we make space for the human experience while simultaneously holding ourselves and our colleagues accountable to deliver the good work. Compassionate Leadership ensures we all feel seen, heard, and understood, even when we don't agree.
