Coles Close to Her Heart: Garden Mitchell, Ghostwriter Mystery Shorts, #1 at Village Green Shopping Centre in Vernon, BC
*Product information may vary - to confirm product availability, pricing, shipping and return information please contact Coles
As a freelance ghostwriter, Garden Mitchell likes to get out of her tiny New York City apartment to write. Often that means an afternoon with her laptop at Perry's Bagels. Usually the place is empty, but today a woman is sitting at the next table, crying.
The woman has lost something valuable. Garden loves to find things, so she can't help herself. Before she knows it, she's searching for a locket. But maybe the lost jewelry isn't really what's making the woman cry.
"Close to Her Heart" is a 5000-word short story.
