This study is divided into several parts. The first deals with the basic conditions under which Danish agriculture operates. The second part is devoted to a review of the pre-war position of the country's agriculture and food economy, while the third part analyses developments in agricultural production, trade, and food consumption since the outbreak of World War Two. Cultural institutions, labor, industry and commerce, and agriculture are the main topics of this document.
