Children often have a difficult time comprehending the need to wait for things. “Donkey’s Day” from the “Hanging out with Jesus” series will take your children back in time, through this fictional story of little Jesus and his best friends and how they help each other learn to wait and trust. The children learn to have faith that God will give them what they hoped for, a donkey ride, even though unexpected circumstances get in the way.
