A Magical Adventure Born from Bedtime Stories
Chintu Mintu & The Five Rings: The Fire Ring springs from the warmest place imaginable — a father's nightly stories to his young children. What began as simple bedtime tales soon grew into a five‑book fantasy universe filled with wonder, courage, humour, and unforgettable characters.
In this first book, young brothers Chintu and Mintu stumble into an ancient magical Fire Ring guarded by mysterious water dragons. Their playful mischief quickly turns into a thrilling quest across enchanted lands. Along the way, they meet quirky personalities like the hilariously grumpy detective Uncle Grumpy Gums , and confront villains such as the wicked Dr. Destruction and his crafty associates.
Blending Indian family warmth with global fantasy adventure, this story celebrates friendship, bravery, curiosity, and the joy of imagination. Perfect for children aged 6–12, it's a delightful read‑aloud for parents and an engaging chapter book for young independent readers.
