Amanda and her husband are spending an afternoon together at the gym. While he is focused on his workout, Amanda begins to feel disconnected and unnoticed in their relationship. As she navigates her own frustrations, two strangers, seemingly charming and attentive, strike up a conversation with her. The attention Amanda receives is new and intriguing, and she starts to question her own desires and the emotional distance between her and her husband.
Caught in a whirlwind of conflicting emotions, Amanda becomes torn between the comfort of the attention from the strangers and her loyalty to her husband. The gym, once a place for fitness and routine, transforms into a battleground for her inner conflict. Amanda must confront her own insecurities, desires, and fears about what she truly wants.
