Charlie loves being kind—sharing crayons, giving hugs, and saying "please" and "thank you." But when she tries out a word she doesn't understand, she hurts her best friend by mistake.
With help from her teacher, Charlie learns that words can hurt or heal—and that saying "I'm sorry" is one of the most powerful choices of all.
Charlie and the Big Oops is a heartwarming picture book for ages 3–7 about kindness, forgiveness, and the magic of choosing gentle words. Perfect for parents, teachers, and classrooms.
