Charles Gates Dawes was a person in our neighborhood who served as Vice President of the United States from 1925 to 1929. He was a remarkable man who was a Brigadier General in WW1, a Nobel Peace Prize winner, a Grammy winner, and a philanthropist. His accomplishments are told in this children's book in a charming, interactive manner.
